I had a really great experience working with Radix Flooring, and I especially want to call out Denis Dubinsky. From start to finish he was super friendly, professional, and just easy to work with. I don’t know much about flooring at all, so I had a ton of questions, but Denis was really patient and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the options, helped me stay within my budget, and made sure I was confident with my choice. When we found out the flooring I originally wanted was out of stock, he immediately helped me find a great alternative that I ended up being really happy with. He was also very flexible with my schedule and quick to respond whenever I reached out.

His installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. I wasn’t able to move all of my furniture out, but they carefully worked around everything, making sure it was protected and sealed off from dust while they removed the old tile. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my home—they even cleaned everything up afterward so it didn’t feel like a construction zone when they left. I trusted them enough to leave them working in my house while I was at work, and I felt totally comfortable doing so.

Overall, I’d recommend Radix Flooring to anyone. Denis and his team made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and the floors came out amazing.
